美味しいものばかり食べ過ぎて
味覚が不確かになってきた
昔は、白米に醤油で
美味しいと思っていたのに
今では、白米と醤油
加えてバターと塩コショウが必要
それで初めて「美味しい」と思える
かといって
美味しいものを食べて
次に不味いものを食べて
また美味しいものを食べてと
交互にする必要はないと思う
美味しいものを食べれる環境があるのなら
その美味しさに、どっぷり浸かっていればいい
そういえば先日、友人に
「知らなくてもいいことは、知りたくない」
と白状したばかりだった
そんなもやもやを、湯船の中で考えていた
湯船からあがってみると
心地良かったはずのバスソルトは
まるで尿の様な色をしていて
気味が悪かった
私はこんなものに浸かっていたのか
